Butterflyfish and scuba divers

Striking and bold is the oval-spot butterflyfish, which make them conspicuous members of their family…that’s true of ALL butterflyfish…AND scuba divers!

The oval-spot butterflyfish is completely yellow, with a black band running vertical from top to bottom across its face through the eye, and an oval-shaped mark positioned on the upper side and to the rear of the body. Such distinct features can easily be spotted, by the novice to expert diver, even in the myriad of colours in the Bali Sea’s tropical waters. Contact the ‘Dream Team’ to rent an underwater camera (if you haven’t one of our own) and ask your local underwater guide to find the beauty for you when you dive with the Bali Dream Divers team!
