‘Get Zen’ in Bali…even underwater!

When Bali Dream Divers’ PADI Instructors conduct the first shallow water session of the PADI Discover Scuba Diving program or the PADI Open Water diver course, they’ll usually guide their students at Tulambens’ Coral Garden fish nursery dive site to ‘Get Zen’ in Bali…even underwater!

After a few basic dive skills to prepare students, our PADI Pro Divers will lead he way to an underwater ‘Eden’ filled with spiritual statues representing Bali’s beautiful artistic influence from Hindu religion! This point of interest is halfway along the dive site, and divers of all levels are mesmerised by the elegant reclining buddha at about 12 metres; who overlooks his companions, such as Hanuman (pictured), dotted about the sandy slope below with a knowing smile before he enters nirvana. His reclining pose is an iconic symbol in Buddhism that represents his last moments of life on Earth; gaining the enlightenment to escape ‘samsara’ (the endless cycle of re-birth aka. reincarnation).

Gain your own enlightenment and ‘Get Zen’ underwater on your next Tulamben dive adventure when you contact our ‘Dream Team’ for a ‘Stay & Dive’ package to suit your spiritual travels in Bali!
